Buy First or Sell First?

One of the most popular discussions with home owners who are considering a move.   On one hand, many home owners fear that if they buy first they may get stuck carrying two properties and/or be forced to sell at a lower than expected price. On the other hand, if they sell first they may discover that they cannot find or afford the home of their dreams and possibly be foreced to ‘settle for less’ in a hurry to have a home.kids on parents legs

2. What are you buying? Are you looking for something very particular in a very specific neighbourhood? If so then you may want to consider finding your home before selling your current home.

Here are just some ideas to think about – of course there are many others and as always we are happy to discuss your personal situation in an effort to provide you with the information you need to make your plans.  Post your questions or comments here or call anytime.
